  1. (America East Hockey League, 2006-2008) join United Junior Hockey League
  2. (United Junior Hockey League, 2008-2009) joins Northern Junior Hockey League
  3. (Northern Junior Hockey League, 2009-2010) join Great Lakes Junior Hockey League
  4. (Great Lakes Junior Hockey League, 2010-2012) league becomes inline hockey, join MJHL
  5. (Minnesota Junior Hockey League, 2012-2015)
  6. (USPHL-Midwest or NA3HL 2015-Present) The Minnesota Junior Hockey League team joined the USPHL's Midwest Division (and are still listed on the USPHL website as being in the USPHL. However, the Cleveland Jr. Lumberjacks of the North American 3 Hockey League announced they were relocating to Wooster as the OIlers to be playing out of the Alice Noble Ice Arena when the team was sold February 12, 2015 . The team's website list the same contact as the contact for the USPHL website.  The woosteroilers.com website list the page as being members of the NA3HL and being a continuation of the MnJHL franchise.
