William Löfqvist (born April 12, 1947 in Gavle, Sweden) is a retired Swedish goaltender who played for Brynäs IF of the Elitserien from 1968 to 1983.

His team won the league championship in 1970, 1971, 1976, 1977, and 1980. Löfqvist won the Guldpucken as the best player in the league in 1971-72.

Löfqvist played for Sweden in the 1971 World Championship (winning the bronze medal), 1973 World Championships (winning the silver medal), 1976 World Championship (winning the bronze), 1976 Canada Cup, and 1980 Olympics (winning the bronze).

He retired in 1983. Currently he is the manager of Brynas.
