Vyacheslav Starshinov (born May 6, 1940 in Moscow, Soviet Union) is a retired ice hockey player who played in the Soviet Hockey League. He played for HC Spartak Moscow, scoring 405 goals in 540 league games. He led the league in goals in 1966-67 and 1967-68, and in points in 1967-68. Starshinov also scored 149 goals in 182 international games with the Soviet national team, and was named top forward at the IIHF World Championships in 1965. He also played for the Japanese hockey team Oji Eagles from 1976 to 1978.
Starshinov played for the Soviet team at the 1964 and the 1968 Olympics. He also was a member of the team at the 1961, 1963, 1965, 1966, 1967, 1969, 1970, and the 1971 World Championships. Except in 1961, the Soviets won all of these tournaments.
He also played for the Soviet team at the Summit Series in 1972.
