Victor "Skeeter" Teal (born August 10, 1949) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey right winger who played in one National Hockey League game for the New York Islanders during the 1973–74 NHL season. He is the younger brother of Skip Teal, who also played in only one NHL game.

He played junior hockey for the St. Catharines Black Hawks from 1966 to 1969 and was chosen 42nd overall by the St. Louis Blues in the 1969 NHL Amateur Draft.

Teal turned pro with the Kansas City Blues in 1969-70. Injuries suffered that season kept him out of the 1970-71 season. He played in 1971-72 with the senior Galt Hornets and in 1972-73 with the New Haven Nighthawks.

The New York Islanders signed Teal as a free agent in 1973 and he finally got into an NHL game in 1973-74.

He played two seasons of minor pro and one of senior hockey before retiring in 1977.
