The UNO Community Arena is an arena that is presently under construction on the campus of the University of Nebraska at Omaha. The facility is scheduled to open in the fall of 2015. It will be home to the Omaha Mavericks men's ice hockey program. The arena was being built in response to financial losses suffered by the hockey program while playing at the Qwest Center Omaha after turning a sizable profit at the Omaha Civic Auditorium.
