Trevor John Frischmon (born August 5, 1981 in Ham Lake, Minnesota) is a National Hockey League center. He currently plays with the Bridgeport Sound Tigers, a farm team of the New York Islanders.
He signed a one-year, two-way contract with the Islanders on July 5, 2011.
