Tim Spencer (born February 2, 1986 in Carnduff, Saskatchewan) is a professional ice hockey left winger currently with the ECHL's Chicago Express.

Junior career[]

Spencer began his juniors career in 2003, when he signed with the Estevan Bruins of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League. Spencer would play two seasons with Estevan, scoring 29 points in 107 games. In 2005, Spencer would sign to play with the Moncton Wildcats of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League and would score five goals and nine assists for 14 points in 64 regular season games and six points in 21 playoff games as Moncton were crowned QMJHL champions and made it to the final round of the 2006 Memorial Cup. Five games into the 2006-07 season, Moncton would trade Spencer to the St. John's Fog Devils, where he would score 23 points in the remaining 62 regular season games and one goal in four playoff games.

Professional career[]

Spencer began his professional career when he signed with the Alaska Aces of the ECHL in 2007. Spencer would score 15 points in 63 games for Alaska, before signing with the Las Vegas Wranglers for the 2008-09 season.
