Tamás Gröschl (b. August 21st 1980 in Budapest, Hungary) is a left winger who plays in the Hungarian League for Alba Volán Székesfehérvár.

Gröschl began his career with Ujpesti TE in 1995. He became one of the few Hungarian natives to be drafted to the National Hockey League in 1999, becoming the Edmonton Oilers' ninth round pick (256th overall). He would leave Hungary to play one season in Sweden with Leksands IF (1999-00) and the next in the United States with the ECHL's Augusta Lynx before returning home, joining Alba Volan in 2001.

Since 1999, Tamás Gröschl is a regular member of the Hungarian National Team.
