The Suffolk Rams are a Men's Division III team in Commonwealth Coast Conference representing Suffolk University.  The school is located in downtown Boston near Government Center (Boston City Hall) and Beacon Hill (State House)..  The university itself was established in 1906 as a law school and became full university in 1937

The program plays its home games out of the Steriti Memorial Rink on the corner of Causeway Street in Boston's North End (up the street from the TD Garden) and the Emmons Horrigan O'Neil Rink in the Boston neighborhood of Charlestown.

In July of 2016, the school announced that the school would sponsor women's ice hockey starting with the 2018-19 season.

On January 26, 2017 both teams were announced as joining the New England Hockey Conference for the 2018-19 season.

Men's Program HistoryEdit

The team has been a member of the ECAC since the 1980-81 season. The school will become a member of the Commonwealth Coast Conference as the ECAC Northeast morphs into the CCC for the 2016-17 season.
