Steven Fletcher (born March 31, 1962 in Montreal, Quebec) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey player. He played in 4 NHL games with the Montreal Canadiens and Winnipeg Jets over parts of two seasons.

He played junior hockey for the Hull Olympiques from 1979 to 1982 where he became known as an enforcer. The Calgary Flames chose him 202nd overall in the 1980 NHL Entry Draft.

Fletcher played in the minor pros in the Calgary system and then signed with the Montreal Canadiens in 1984. He played for the Sherbrooke Canadiens from 1984 to 1988 and was called up for one playoff game with Montreal in 1987-88.

Traded to the Winnipeg Jets in 1988, Fletcher got into three regular season games in 1988-89. He played for two seasons in the American Hockey League until 1990 and then spent six seasons in the International Hockey League.

Fletcher retired in 1996.
