Steve Junker (born June 26, 1972 in Castlegar, British Columbia) is a retired Canadian ice hockey right wing. He was drafted by the New York Islanders with the 92nd pick in the 1991 NHL Entry Draft. He played in only five NHL regular-season games plus three playoff games, where he recorded his only NHL point.

He played junior hockey for the Spokane Chiefs and won the Memorial Cup in 1991. Junker also represented Canada at the 1992 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships.

After being drafted Junker only saw very limited action with the Islanders, spending most of his time in the minor pros. In 1996-97 he joined the Canadian national men's hockey team for the season. Junker then left for Germany where he has been playing since 1997.

In 2010, Junker was named the coach and general manager of the Kootenay International Junior Hockey League's Castlegar Rebels.
