Playing careerEdit

She joined the Edmonton Thunder of the Alberta Major Midget Female Hockey League in 2009. In the 2009-10 season the Edmonton Thunder won the Provincial and Pacific Chanpionships and a Bronze medal at the National championships in Regina, Saskatewan. During the 2010-11 AAMFHL season, Zvonkovic was the alternate captain of the Thunder. The Thunder had a undefeated regular season. She helped the Thunder claim the 2011 AMMFHL Championship. In postseason series versus the St. Albert Slash and Red Deer Chiefs, she accumulated five assists. Of note, she was the leading point getter during the 2011 AMMFHL playoffs.Stephanie, with Edmonton Thunder, went on to Claim the Pacific Championship and a Silver Medal at the National Championships in St. Albert, AB.


CISEdit

In autumn 2011, Zvonkovic joined the Calgary Dinos women's ice hockey program. In the gold medal game of the 2012 CIS Women's Ice Hockey Championship, Zvonkovic assisted on the first goal of the game, scored by Hayley Wickenheiser. The Dinos would go on to claim their first gold medal.
