St. Michael's Purple Knights

The St. Michael's Purple Knights are a Men's Division II and Women's Division III team which played in the New England Hockey Conference (which was known as ECAC East until 2015) until the end of the 2016-17 season.  The men's team will become a full member of the Northeast-10 conference for the 2017-18 season  Both teams are based out of the Cairns Arena in South Burlington, Vermont.

Women's programEdit

The women's program started with the 2000-01 season.  The team has been a member of the ECAC East/New England Hockey Conference from 2001 to 2017.  The team will be in a new conference (or be an independent) for the 2017-18 season as the NEHC will be going exclusively with Division III teams.
