The Southern New Hampshire Penmen are a Men's Division III team in ECAC Northeast.  The school is located in Hooksett and Manchester, New Hampshire.

The hockey program dates back to 1975-76.

The school was established in 1932 as New Hampshire School of Accounting and Secretarial Science. In 1961, it was incorporated and renamed New Hampshire College of Accounting and Commerce.  The name was shortened to New Hampshire University in 1969. the school took its present name in 2001.

Program

History

The hockey program dates back to 1975-76.

The school joined ECAC Division III for 1978-79.

The school jumped to Division II in 1999.

Rene LeClerc (SNHU '71) was head coach from 1999 to 2007 compiling a 111-82-16 recoard

Head coach Ken Hutchins (SNHU '87) was removed as coach after the 2016-17 season, his record in ten years was 91-161-19
