Sidney Peters (born February 26, 1995) has represented the United States women's national ice hockey team at the Under-18 level. She currently plays for the University of Minnesota in the NCAA (Class of 2017).

Playing careerEdit

Peters played for the Chicago Mission from 2007-2012, where she collected two silver and three bronze medals at the USA Hockey National Championships. For the 2012-2013 season, Peters played for the North American Hockey Academy in Stowe, VT and went undefeated in the JWHL. She is currently a freshman at the University of Minnesota.

USA HockeyEdit

In August 2011 and August 2012, Peters was named to the United States Under-18 National teams that both participated in a three game exhibition series versus Canada. Peters was also named to the United States Under-18 National teams that participated in the World Championships in 2011/2012 and 2012/2013 in the Czech Republic and Finland. In Finland, Peters was named the MVP for Team USA during the World Championship game against Team Canada, in which the United States lost 2-1 in overtime.  [1]
