The Seattle Jr. Totems are a Tier III Junior A ice hockey team in Seattle, Washington. They are a member of the Western States Hockey League and play their home games at Olympic View Arena in Mountlake Terrace, Washington.[1] Seattle finished the 2007–08 regular season first place overall in the Northern Pacific Hockey League (NORPAC) and are three time Pacific Division Champions- 2007–08, 2008–09, and 2009–10.[2]

Prior to the start of the 2012-13 season, the Totems moved to the Western States Hockey League (WSHL), an AAU sanctioned league.

AlumniEdit

The Jr. Totems have had a number of alumni move on to NCAA Division I, NCAA Division III, and higher levels of junior ice hockey and the NHL, including:[3]

NOTE: Both Frank and Weeks played with the Totems before the Totems bought the Kent Crusaders in 2006 and joined the Northern-Pacific Hockey League (NorPac). At the time, the Totems were an Independent Midget AAA team. They were organized and run by the Seattle Jr. Amateur Hockey Association, who also affiliated with Sno-King Amateur Hockey Association based out of Snohomish and King County Washington. Weeks played junior hockey in the North American Hockey League (NAHL) and Frank played his junior hockey career in the British Columbia Hockey League (BCHL).
