Angus "Scotty" Cameron

Cameron played junior hockey in Regina with the Regina Ware's Generals and Regina Abbotts from 1938 to 1940. In 1940-41 he joined the senior Regina Rangers and helped that team to an Allan Cup.

In 1941-42 Cameron went to the New York Rovers but a back injury kept him out of all but 6 games. The following season he was called up to the New York Rangers and scored 8 goals and 11 assists in 35 games.

Canadian regulations in World War II then kept Cameron in Canada. Young males had to either join the military or work in the country. Cameron played senior hockey in Montreal for two seasons and then joined the military after his back had healed.

After the war Cameron played minor pro and senior hockey.
