The Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League is a Canadian Tier II Junior "A" ice hockey league. The current SJHL dates back to 1968, but barring the upheaval of the junior system in the late 1960s the league could be dated back to at least the 1940s. The league used to be capable of competing for the Memorial Cup, but now competes for the Royal Bank Cup.
