Rudolph "Bingo" Kampman (March 12, 1914 – December 22, 1987) was a Canadian ice hockey defenceman in the NHL. He was born in Kitchener, Ontario.
He played junior hockey with the Kitchener Greenshirts from 1933 to 1935. From 1935 to 1937 he played senior hockey, including winning the Allan Cup in 1937.
Kampman played for the Toronto Maple Leafs from 1937 to 1942, scoring 14 goals and 30 assists in 189 games. He won the Stanley Cup in 1942.
In 1943 Kampman won another Allan Cup with the Ottawa Commandos. He continued to play senior and minor pro hockey until his retirement in 1951.
