Roy Pugh (b. November 14 1948 in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada) is a former professional centre who played in the International Hockey League and the Ontario Hockey Association Senior.

Pugh was drafted by the Montreal Canadiens 13th overall of the 1963 NHL Amateur Draft from the Junior C club of Aurora. He however never reached the National Hockey League. He left Aurora in 1967 to join the Muskegon Mohawks of the IHL. He would only play two seasons of pro hockey, collecting 14 points in 47 games in his first season with Muskegon and 2 in 12 games the second; that season was split between Muskegon and the Collingwood Kings of the Senior OHA.

Pugh was asistant coach of the Aurora Tigers in 1973-74.
