The Reno Rage were a professional hockey team based in Reno, Nevada. The Rage played their home games at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center. The team played as the Reno Renegades from 1995 to 1997. The Rage were members of the West Coast Hockey League, playing in the North Division. The team suspended operations after one season.
The team was coached by Ron Flockhart. The team's leading scorer during the regular season was Jeff Petruic (whom the Rage received in a trade with the Bakersfield Condors) scoring 38 goals and 25 assists for 63 points. The team's leading goaltender was Lee Schill who, in 45 games, posted a 14-26-2 record with a 4.05 GAA and an .892 save percentage. The team's leading scorer during the playoffs was Stu Kulak who had three goals and two assists for five points in three games.
