Rebecca Bouwhuis is a women's ice hockey player from Ontario. Currently, she competes for the Waterloo Warriors of the OUA conference.

Playing careerEdit


Goaltender Rebecca Bouwhuis was recognized as the OUA Rookie of the Year. In her freshman season, she logged the second most minutes among OUA goalies. Her 584 saves ranked second, along with her .933 save percentage. She would rank third in the OUA in goals against average with 1.95, and in wins, with 9, respectively. Bouwhuis was the first Warriors player to earn Rookie of the Year. In addition, she was named an OUA First-Team All-Star, and a member of the 2012 OUA All-Rookie team. [1] She was the first Warriors player in the history of the women's hockey program to be named a CIS all-Canadian.[2]
