Randy Hillier (b. March 30, 1960 in Toronto, Ontario) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman.

Hillier was drafted by the Boston Bruins in 1980 while playing for the Sudbury Wolves of the OMJHL. He played with the Bruins during his first three NHL seasons, but was best known for his seven seasons with the Pittsburgh Penguins. He was a member of the Pittsburgh team which won the 1991 Stanley Cup. He went on to become the assistant coach of the Penguins during the 1998 and 2002–04 seasons.

He played in 543 NHL games, scoring 16 goals and 110 assists. He also played in 28 playoff games, scoring 2 assists. He had 906 penalty minutes in the season and 93 in the playoffs.

Hillier retired in 1993 after a season in Austria.
