Pierre "Lucky Pierre" Hamel (born September 16, 1952 in Montreal, Quebec) is a retired professional ice hockey goaltender. He played for the Toronto Maple Leafs and Winnipeg Jets.

He played junior hockey in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League from 1969 to 1972 with the Verdun Maple Leafs, Laval Voisins, and the Drummondville Rangers. Undrafted by any NHL team. he went to play for the senior Trail Smoke Eaters of the Western International Hockey League for two seasons.

The Toronto Maple Leafs signed him as a free agent in 1974. He managed to get in 5 games with the NHL club in 5 seasons but spent the rest of his time in the minors.

The Winnipeg Jets picked him in the 1979 NHL Expansion Draft and he played two full seasons with the team. In 1981-82 he was back in the minors.

Hamel retired in 1985. He played in a total of 69 NHL games.
