Hans Peter Helander (born December 4, 1951 in Stockholm, Sweden) is a retired professional hockey defenceman.

The Los Angeles Kings chose him 153rd overall in the 1982 NHL Entry Draft. He played seven games for the Kings in the 1982-83 season, scoring one assist.
