Perdue Pirates

The Perdue Pirates are a men's senior hockey team playing in the Saskatchewan Prairie Senior Hockey League. The team was started with the 2011-12 season.[1] The team was based out of the Perdue Arena in Perdue, Saskatchewan until the arena burned down on May 25, 2015.[2] Due to the loss of a home the team was forced to take a leave of absence from the league. They had hoped to return for the 2017-18 season; but, the arena was not ready for use.  The team returns to the league with the 2018-19 season with the opening of the New Perdue Arena scheduled for January 1, 2019 and the team will open the season with road games.

The team had previously played in the Sask Valley Hockey League from 2003 to 2005 and 2006-07
