Paul Skidmore (born July 22, 1956 in Smithtown, New York) is a retired American ice hockey goaltender.

He played college hockey for the Boston College Eagles from 1975 to 1979. The St. Louis Blues chose him 61st overall in the 1976 NHL Amateur Draft while the Cincinnati Stingers picked him 73rd overall in the 1976 WHA Amateur Draft.

Skidmore turned pro in 1979. He eventually played two games for the Blues in 1981-82. He retired in 1985.
