Paul Pageau (born October 1, 1959) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey goaltender who played in one National Hockey League game for the Los Angeles Kings during the 1980–81 NHL season. In that game, he gave up eight goals, the most of any goalie who played only one game.

He played junior hockey for the Quebec Remparts and the Shawinigan Cataractes from 1976 to 1980. He also played for Canada at the 1980 Olympics.

Undrafted by the NHL, Pageau was signed as a free agent by the Los Angeles Kings in 1980 and got into his one game for them in 1980-81. The rest of his career was spent in the minor pros and he retired in 1985.
