Paul Edward Miller (born August 21, 1959 in Billerica, Massachusetts) is a retired American professional ice hockey forward. He played three games in the National Hockey League for the Colorado Rockies in the 1981-82 season and scored three assists.

Miller played college hockey for Boston University from 1977 to 1980. He then played pro hockey until he retired in 1984.
