Patrik Juhlin (born April 24, 1970 in Huddinge) is a retired Swedish professional ice hockey forward.

He was chosen by the Philadelphia Flyers 34th overall in the 1989 NHL Entry Draft. Juhlin stayed in Sweden and played for the VIK Västerås HK team and for Sweden in the 1990 World Junior Championship. After playing for Sweden in the 1993 World Championship and the 1994 Olympics, Juhlin came to North America to play for the Flyers.

After that Juhlin returned to Europe and played for Jokerit Helsinki from 1997 to 2000, SC Bern from 1999 to 2005, and HC Davos for part of the 2005-06 season. Starting in 2005, he returned to Västerås and played with them until 2009 when retired.
