Patrick Sean Wey (born March 21, 1991 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) is an American ice hockey defenseman who is currently attending Boston College and is playing for the Boston College Eagles. He was drafted by the Washington Capitals in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft. He previously played for the Pittsburgh Hornets along with Chicago Blackhawks 2010 NHL Entry Draft pick Stephen Johns and top prospect of the 2011 NHL Entry Draft Brandon Saad. He played for the Waterloo Black Hawks of the United States Hockey League for the 2003-2004 and 2004-2005 seasons. He attended Mt. Lebanon High School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania from 2005-2007. He graduated from Waterloo West High School in Waterloo, Iowa.
