The P.A.L. (Pride in Athletics for Life)Jr. Islanders are a junior hockey team based in Hauppauge, New York. They play out of The Rinx-Hidden Pond Park facility. The organization was established in 1974. The team presently has teams in the United States Premier Hockey League's Premier, Elite, Under 18, Under 16, and the Under 16 Futures Divisions, as well as teams in age groups ranging from mites to midgets.

The organization has a history of advancing players to the collegiate level (15 between 2013 and 2015) and on to the NHL as well as advancing coaches to higher levels of the sport.

The organization won the 2009 USA Hockey Tier III-B National championship.
