Men's Program[]

The men's program was established as a club team for the 1964-65 season. After playing two seasons as a club team with 13-4-1 and 16-5-0 records in 1964-65 and 1965-66 respectively the program was elevated to varsity status for 1966-67. The program was a member of the ECAC's Division II from 1966 to 1985 when the division was phased out by the NCAA. The program then joined the ECAC West in Division III where it stayed from 1985 to 1992 until joining the State University of New York Athletic Conference when the hockey conference was formed in 1992.
