The Orillia Pontiacs were a senior B and intermediate A team.
They began play in the Eastern Group in the 1952-53 and 1953-54 seasons. In 1954-55 they moved to the Metro Toronto Group which they won. The Pontiacs then lost the provincial semi final in the 1954-55 OHA Senior B Playoffs.
They were an independent (non-league) team in 1955-56 OHA Senior B Playoffs when they lost the provincial quarter final.
The Pontiacs switched to Intermediate A in 1956-57 and lost the provincial quarter final.
In their final season they re-entered the Metro Toronto Group in 1957-58 but a poor record forced them to withdraw before the end of the season.
