Oleg Mikulchik (born August 29, 1964) is a Belarusian former professional ice hockey played in the National Hockey League for the Winnipeg Jets and the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim. Mikulchik played 37 regular season NHL games, scoring 3 assists and collecting 37 penalty minutes.

He played with Dynamo Moscow from 1983 to 1991 and played for the Soviet Union in the 1984 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships. He then played for Khimik Voskresensk in 1991-92.

With the collapse of the Soviet Union, Mikulchik was now free to travel abroad. In 1992 he joined the New Haven Nighthawks and then the Moncton Hawks the following season. The Winnipeg Jets signed him as a free agent and he played 4 games for them in 1993-94 and 25 in 1994-95. In 1995 Mikulchik signed with the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim as a free agent and played 8 games for them. That was it for his NHL career (with 3 assists in 37 games) and he played minor pro until 1997.

In 1997-98 Mikulchik went to Europe and played for the Nurnberg Ice Tigers for one season. Between 1998 and 2007 he played for various teams in Russia and Belarus. He also played for Belarus at the 1998, 1999, 2001, and the 2005 World Championships.

He retired in 2007.
