Oldrich Valek (Born March 9, 1960, in Opava, Czechoslovakia) is a retired Czechoslovak centre. He was drafted in the 11th round, 212th overall in the 1983 NHL Entry Draft by the Minnesota North Stars.

His career lasted from 1979 to 1997, mostly with Dukla Jihlava. He also played in Finland, Norway, and France.

Valek played for Czechoslovakia in the 1983, 1985, 1986, and 1989 World Championships.
