Orville Russell "Obs" Heximer (February 16, 1910 – July 16, 1988) was a professional ice hockey left winger who played 84 games in the National Hockey League. Born in Niagara Falls, Ontario, he played with the New York Americans, New York Rangers, and Boston Bruins.

He played junior with the Niagara Falls Cataracts from 1926 to 1929. He turned pro with the Springfield Indians in 1929-30 and was called up to the New York Rangers after scoring 13 goals and 6 assists in 14 games with the Indians. Heximer played with Springfield for two more seasons, winning the scoring title and leading the team to a playoff championship in 1930-31.

The Boston Bruins brought him up for the entire 1932-33 season but sent him down to the Boston Cubs in 1933-34. In 1934-35 the New York Americans accquired him and he played his last 17 NHL games.

Heximer played in the minors until 1939 when he retired. He came back to play two seasons of senior hockey in his hometown for the Niagara Falls Brights and the Niagara Falls Weavers from 1940 to 1942.

In the NHL Heximer scored 13 goals and 7 assists in 84 games.
