The Northeast Collegiate Hockey Association is an ACHA Division II club hockey League in the Northeastern and New England regions of the US. The NECHA member schools are affiliated with the ECAC and do receive partial funding from the athletic departments.


The league comprises 18 teams separated into in two conferences. Teams play a 14 game league schedule before playoffs. Note: Associate Members are not eligible for NECHA Regular Season Champion or NECHA Playoffs.[1]

Note:Northeastern University, Sacred Heart University, University of Connecticut, University of Massachusetts, and University of Vermont have varsity hockey programs at NCAA Division I level. Connecticut College and Westfield State College host varsity hockey at the NCAA Division III.
