Norman Robert "Norm" Tustin (b. January 3, 1919 in Regina, Saskatchewan - d. August 16, 1998) was a professional ice hockey player who played 18 games in the National Hockey League with the New York Rangers.

He played junior hockey for the Owen Sound Greys in 1938-39. In 1939-40 he played for the Atlantic City Sea Gulls and in 1940-41 turned pro for the Minneapolis Millers, leading the league with 29 goals.

This caught the attention of the New York Rangers. Tustin got into 18 games for them in 1941-42, scoring 2 goals and 4 assists. The rest of that season was spent with the New Haven Eagles.

Tustin spent the years 1942-1946 in the Canadian military, playing some games with the Toronto RCAF Flyers senior team.

In 1946 Tustin returned to hockey, playing four seasons in the minors in the American Hockey League and the United States Hockey League. He sat out the 1950-51 season so that he could be reinstated as an amateur. His last season was in 1951-52 with the Sarnia Sailors senior team.
