Norm Gratton (Born December 22, 1950 in Ville Lasalle, Quebec, Canada) is a retired Canadian professional right winger. He played six seasons in the National Hockey League, spending time with the New York Rangers, Atlanta Flames, Buffalo Sabres and Minnesota North Stars.

He played with the Montreal Junior Canadiens and won the Memorial Cup in 1969 and 1970. Drafted 11th overall by the New York Rangers in the 1970 NHL Amateur Draft, he played two seasons with the Omaha Knights. Gratton was chosen by the Atlanta Flames in the 1972 NHL Expansion Draft.

Gratton played 201 NHL games, scoring 39 goals and 44 assists. He retired in 1977.
