The New Westminster Royals were a men's senior-level ice hockey team based in New Westminster, British Columbia.

The first team played from 1912 - 1914 in the Pacific Coast Hockey Association (PCHA) which was established in 1911.  This team was based out of the Denman Arena in downtown Vancouver.

The name was revived for a club that played in the Pacific Coast Hockey League from 1945 to 1952 and the Western Hockey League from 1952 to 1959. The Royals won the President's Cup in 1949-50 as PCHL champions.

The name was again used for junior A teams in New Westminster, who played in the British Columbia Junior Hockey League from 1967-68 until 1970-71 and from 1981-83 and 1988-89 and 1990-91. Future NHL star Cliff Ronning was a notable member of the early 1980's squad.

Their home arena was the Denman Arena in downtown Vancouver and later Queen's Park Arena in New Westminster.
