The Murray "Muzz" McPherson Memorial Award is awarded annually to Manitoba Junior Hockey League coach adjudged to have contributed the most to his team’s success.

This award was first presented in 1993,
as the MJHL Coach of the Year Award.

The 1973 Centennial Cup Champion Portage Terriers presented this Trophy to the MJHL in honour of their coach Murray "Muzz" MacPherson.

Don MacGillivray has received the award four times.
