Munn Ice Arena is the home ice of the Michigan State Spartans located in East Lansing, Michigan.

Built in 1974 strictly for hockey, the 6,470-seat Clarence L. "Biggie" Munn Ice Arena is recognized as one of the finest collegiate hockey facilities in the country. It is constantly being upgraded and renovated with the latest additions being luxury boxes, club seating, and a new press box completed for the 1999-2000 season and all-new video boards and scoreboards for the 2001-2002 season.

On a night that honored the senior class before its final home game, MSU spartan goalie Jeff Lerg became the all-time CCHA saves leader and moved into second place on the NCAA's all-time save list with 35 stops as the Spartans fell, 2-1, to Notre Dame on Saturday night in the regular-season finale. MSU finishes the regular season with a 10-21-5 overall record, and will face Northern Michigan in the first round of the CCHA playoffs next weekend in Marquette.
