The Motor City Gamblers formerly the Motor City Hockey Club, Motor City Hawks and MC Monarchs are a USA Hockey-sanctioned ice hockey team from Fraser, Michigan based out of Big Boy Arena. The team was founded in 2014 as the MC Monarchs. The team was renamed after the 2014-15 season prior to joining the United States Premier Hockey League along with the rest of the Midwest Junior Hockey League membership for the 2015-16 season.

On March 20, 2018 the organization announced that the team would be renamed the Motor City Hockey Club and would be relocating to the Troy Sports Center in Troy, Michigan.  The organization also announced they would shed the Chicago Blackhawks-esque logo.  The announcement also included the addition of several staff members with ties to the Detroit Red Wings.

The team would be renamed the Motor City Gamblers prior to the 2022-23 season and move to Big Boy Arena in Fraser, Michigan.[1]
