Morgan McHaffie is a women's ice hockey player from Ontario. In the CIS, she competed for the Queens Golden Gaels in the OUA. In 2011, she was part of the Golden Gaels squad that enjoyed a bronze medal finish in the team’s first CIS playoff appearance.

McHaffie joined the Golden Gaels in the autumn of 2009. Her first CIS career goal, assist and multi-point game came in one match, versus the Toronto Lady Blues, in an October 11 match. A November 1 contest against the Windsor Lancers resulted in the first career game-winning goal of her career. In another contest against the Lady Blues, McHaffie registered her first career two-goal game. The month of January 2010 saw McHaffie accumulate 10 points (8 goals, 2 assists). Among OUA rookies, she tied for the scoring lead with 24 points. The first postseason goal of her career came in her first postseason appearance, a match versus the Guelph Gryphons on February 25.
On March 3, 2011, a postseason match between the Queen's Golden Gaels and the Guelph Gryphons became the longest collegiate hockey game, male or female, Canadian or American — on record. The match began on Wednesday and it only ended on Thursday. The duration of the match was 167 minutes and 14 seconds when Queen's forward Morgan McHaffie placed a rebound past Gryphons goalie Danielle Skoufranis[1] in the sixth overtime period.[2] Her selection to the 2010 OUA All-Rookie team signified the fifth time in five years that a Queens player was selected for the honour. She tied for the OUA rookie scoring lead with 24 points.
