Miroslav "Mirko" Fryčer (born September 27, 1959 in Opava, Czechoslovakia) is a retired Czech ice hockey forward.

Fryčer started his National Hockey League career with the Quebec Nordiques in 1981. He also played for the Toronto Maple Leafs, Detroit Red Wings, and Edmonton Oilers. He left the NHL after the 1989 season. He also played several years in Freiburg.

In the NHL he played in 415 games and scored 147 goals and 183 assists.

During the 1980 Winter Olympics, Fryčer played for the Czechoslovakian national team. He wore number 16 and finished the tournament with two assists. He also played for his country in the 1978 and 1979 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships and the 1979 and 1981 World Championships.
