Milan Chalupa is a (July 4, 1953 in Oudoleň) is a Czechoslovak former professional ice hockey defenceman who played 14 games for the Detroit Red Wings in the National Hockey League.

Chalupa began his career with HC Dukla Jihlava. He also played with the Czechoslovakia men's national ice hockey team from 1976-83. He won silver medals in the 1976 Olympics and the 1984 Olympics. Besides the World Championships, Chalupa played in the 1976 Canada Cup and the 1981 Canada Cup.

He was drafted 49th overall by the Detroit Red Wings in the 1984 NHL Entry Draft and played 14 games during the 1984-85 NHL season, contributing five assists. He moved to Germany in 1985 with EHC Freiburg.
