Mike Prokopec (born May 17, 1974 in Toronto, Ontario) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey forward. He played 15 games in the National Hockey League for the Chicago Blackhawks in the 1995-96 and 1996-97 seasons.

The Blackhawks had chosen him 161st overall in the 1992 NHL Entry Draft
