Mike Madill (born May 9, 1982 in Kirkland, Quebec) is a professional ice hockey defenceman, currently with the ECHL's Las Vegas Wranglers.

Collegiate career Edit

Madill played four years for St. Lawrence University of ECAC Hockey. Madill scored 63 points over 154 games for the Saints, with his best season coming during his senior year in which he scored five goals and 22 assists for 27 points and was St. Lawrence's fourth top scorer during the 2005-06 season.

Professional career Edit

Madill started his professional career in 2006 when he signed with the ECHL's Texas Wildcatters. Madill would score 43 points in 67 games in his only season with the Wildcatters and earned a call up to the AHL's Houston Aeros where one point in seven games.

After the season, Madill would sign with the Las Vegas Wranglers. In his first season with the Wranglers Madill scored 14 points in 68 games and had two separate call ups to the AHL, one with the Quad City Flames where he notched an assist in two games and another with the Milwaukee Admirals where he played in one game. Before the 2008-09 season, Wranglers head coach and general manager Glen Gulutzan named Madill as one of the team's alternate captains for the upcoming year.
