Michael Terence Chernoff (born May 13, 1946 in Yorkton, Saskatchewan) is a retired ice hockey left winger. He played one game in the NHL for the Minnesota North Stars and 39 games in the WHA for the Vancouver Blazers.
He played junior hockey for the Moose Jaw Canucks from 1963 to 1966. Undrafted by any NHL team, he turned pro with the St. Louis Braves in 1966-67. The Minnesota North Stars signed him as a free agent in 1968 and he played his one and only game for them in 1968-69. After that he played minor pro until 1973, when he joined the Vancouver Blazers of the World Hockey Association.
Chernoff played in 39 games for the Blazers and scored 11 goals and 10 assists. He retired in 1975.
